Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging True Bloom Energy Solutions LLC ("True Bloom," "we," "us," or "our") for any assessment, consultation, or installation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

True Bloom provides residential and light-commercial energy resilience services in Colorado, including site assessments, backup generator and battery backup system design and installation, solar-plus-storage integration, electrical service upgrades, EV charger installation, and related electrical work. All work is performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable codes and permitting requirements.

3. Assessments & Quotes

Site assessments and preliminary quotes provided through our Resilience Audit or otherwise are estimates based on information you provide and observations made at the time of assessment. A firm proposal will be issued after an on-site evaluation. Final pricing, system sizing, and scope are determined in the written proposal and any resulting service agreement.

4. Payment Terms

We accept cash and Zelle with no additional charge. Venmo, credit card, debit card, and ACH transfers are also accepted and are subject to a 5% processing surcharge applied to the invoice total.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required to schedule installation, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work. Any change orders requested after the proposal is signed may result in adjusted pricing. Overdue balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs to the extent permitted by Colorado law.

5. Workmanship Warranty

True Bloom warrants its installation workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation completion. During this period, we will repair or rework, at no cost to you, any defect in our installation workmanship that arises under normal use and service.

This warranty covers labor and workmanship only. It does not cover equipment, components, or parts, which are governed by their respective manufacturers' warranties, nor does it cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, modifications or repairs performed by others, or force-majeure events such as power surges, lightning, flooding, or other environmental factors. Warranty claims must be reported to us promptly and will be addressed within a reasonable time.

6. Equipment & Manufacturer Warranties

Equipment and components installed by True Bloom are subject to the terms, limitations, and durations of their respective manufacturers' warranties. We will assist in registering eligible products and in facilitating warranty claims, but manufacturer warranty coverage is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

7. Scheduling & Cancellation

Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and are subject to weather, permitting, and supply conditions. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made within a short window of the scheduled start date, as stated in your service agreement.

8. Permits & Code Compliance

True Bloom obtains required permits and performs work in compliance with applicable local and state electrical codes. Where inspections are required by the authority having jurisdiction, we will coordinate them and correct any deficiencies identified.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Bloom's total liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of use, data, business, or profits.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Bloom and its personnel from claims arising from your use of installed systems, your failure to maintain equipment as recommended, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the effective date shown above.
